How To Export Site Data

In this guide we explain how to how to export site data from our web crawler. There are several options for this, two of which are customisable, but stay tuned as we are constantly making more data and reports available!

Step 1: Login

Open a web browser and navigate to:

Once there, login with your Raptor Username and Password:


Sign in to Raptor Web Crawler

You can click on the ‘Remember Me’ tick box to save your details for future access on that device.

Then click on ‘Sign In’.


Step 2: Choose a Project

By clicking on the ‘project name’ link in the table shown in the screenshot below you can view a project:

Step 3: Click 'Report'

Click ‘report’ in the ‘Create Report’ column for any site or competitor:

Step 4: Create Excel Report

You will be taken to this page:

From here you have three choices of report to download, described below in order of how they appear on the page:

Default Reports

Currently you can download the ‘Standard Report’ from this section, although we will be adding more over time. This report is a formatted Excel file that segments data into tabs and in formatted tabled making it easier to read, analyse and derive insights.

This report will provide you with all the standard data and analysis you would need for a basic SEO audit.

Simply click the green button in this section to download the report.



Custom CSV Exports

If you just want the raw data, you can choose all or some of the data available for export. This will be compiled into a CSV file for download.

The tick boxes heading the different sections will select or deselect all the items in that section.

Custom Excel Exports

Currently there are only four types of data available for download in this section. This data comes in an Excel format and has data separated into tabs (worksheets) and is formatted.

Select what data you want to include in the download by selecting the tick boxes.

Simply click the green button in this section to download the report.
